How Casino Night Works

Your tables will be professionally delivered and installed in accordance with your floor plan, or with what we believe delivers a true casino experience. We will place the tables in a functional, aesthetically pleasing manner that is conducive to gaming, while highlighting the features of the room. Your dealer(s) will arrive in advance of your party dressed appropriate to the occasion and prepared to have a winning time with your group.

​Our management staff will greet you upon arrival of your event.  We will offer you a single point of contact to respond to any questions that may arise during your party. We are happy to make announcements, officiate prize awards, etc. Your point of contact will convey your wishes to everyone on staff, so there is consistency to your party.

When your guests arrive, they are issued a pre-determined amount of “funny money.” This can be in the form of a ticket, a large casino chip, token or even customized play money.  
The “Players” then go to their favorite tables and redeem the above mentioned item for casino chips to play the games. The parties typically last about 3.5 hours and then at the end of the night the chips are redeemed for either raffle tickets or ranking for the top chip earners of the night. A reward system is a great motivator to keep guests engaged and playing throughout the event.

If the raffle ticket system is being used, players will examine the prizes that are offered and place their tickets in the basket or bowl in front of the prizes. A player that really wants to win a particular prize might place all of his or her tickets in the bowl of the prize to increase their chances of winning. Another player that likes three or four prizes at the raffle table might divide up his or her tickets for a chance at one or even all of them.

Corporate events and private parties provide their own prizes while fundraisers might get local companies to sponsor the party in exchange for advertisement of their business.

A casino night event is a great place to learn how to play the games before heading to an actual casino and all of our dealers will explain the rules and show you and your guests how to play.

We coordinate the removal of the equipment upon conclusion of gaming. We do so in a non-invasive discreet manner for the comfort and safety of your guests. We will be respectful of the venue and coordinate removal in an expeditious manner. In addition, we will conduct a thorough walk-through upon the completion of your event, making certain that nothing has been left behind and everything is in good order.

Casino Fundraisers

How much money do you want to raise at the event?

This is an important question to ask yourself when planning a casino fundraiser, casino charity event or charity poker tournament. Having a realistic goal for your fundraising efforts will help you determine your entrance fee price, script voucher prices and expenses.

  • In order to make money for your fundraiser event, you will need as many people as possible to attend; this is why it is important that everyone who is involved in your casino fundraiser committee should be also responsible for selling tickets or providing names for mailing and invitation lists. Having an accurate head count is important not only for the amount of casino tables you will need, but also for food counts. This is probably going to be your main source of income for the event and your fundraising goal depends directly on getting people to the event.

  • Sponsoring casino tables is a great way to not only pay for the casino tables but to provide additional revenue towards your casino fundraising goal. A table sponsorship should at least cover the cost of the table. We have found that many table sponsors are also willing to donate prizes and more money to help put on the event. You can also have your sponsors invite some of their own employees to attend your casino fundraiser. Place a professional sponsor card or brochure on each sponsored table to help recognize and thank each sponsor for their support. Having their name displayed at the event will help give them some great advertising as well.

  • As part of their entrance fee to the event guests are usually given an initial voucher of a nominal amount of “casino script.” The idea here is for them to make additional, voluntary donations for more “casino script” or raffle tickets depending on how you are running your event. We suggest having a table set up and attended by one of your charity members to take additional donations for “casino script” or raffle ticket purchases. Keep your suggested donation in the range that your guests are comfortable with and remember it is not required for them to donate to receive additional “casino script”. You may want to consider having a credit card machine to make it easier for your guests to make additional donations. 

A Casino Night fundraiser offers dozens of ways to raise funds for charity, including silent auctions, live auctions, raffles, poker tournaments, individual sponsorships, corporate sponsorships and ticket sales. To Sum it up, a Casino Night Event is a great way to raise funds for your cause since it gives people an excuse to dress up and simply have fun.
